Service Area & Travel Fee Policy
All training services are conducted as private, in-home lessons at the client's residence.
- •Standard Service Area: Our base rates include travel up to 15 miles from West Melbourne, FL.
- •Extended Travel Fee: Locations more than 15 miles out one way are subject to an additional travel fee of $25.00 per session.
- •Verification & Collection: Travel distances are verified via driving mileage before final scheduling. For consultations, this fee is collected during your 24–48 hour booking follow-up call. For multi-session packages, the travel fee is calculated per visit ($100.00 total for a 4-week program).
- •Payment Processing Note: We accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and Cash. Payments made via credit card are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.
